For technical reasons, returns of online orders are only possible if a client have contacted us via email : firstname.lastname@example.org with appropriate order number.
Please note that you have to cover the costs of returning the items back to us by yourself to the address which will be communicated to you via email.
This is how it works:
Fill in the returns form and pop it into the parcel together with the item being returned.
Seal the parcel securely and take it to your preferred shipping partner.
Once we have received the items in our logistics centre, a refund is initiated immediately. You will immidiately receive a confirmation email to notify you of the number of items returned and the amount to be refunded.
The money will then be refunded by the same payment method used to make the initial purchase. Please note that it may take up to 10 to 14 working days from receipt of our email for the refund to show up in your account.
Costs of returns will differ depending on the chosen shipping partner also the weight and size of the package you are about to return.
We only accept goods that are unworn, which have the original label attached. Any obvious marks like makeup and lipstick stains or odours will render the item unsaleable. If this is the case, we will return the item to the customer and retain the purchase price as compensation.
Please send your returns separately, based on the original orders and using the shipping label, which can be found in the parcel or provided by our customer service.
